3. Declutter your home to create a more peaceful space.
4. Schedule a date with yourself to do something that feeds your mind and spirit alone.
5. Volunteer your time to help a charity and put all your energy in helping people in need.
6. Call someone you love and be totally honest to them about how you feel.
7. Sit in nature and let yourself simply be.
8. Catch critical, blaming or self-victimizing thoughts and focus on what you can do to change the negative mindset.
